4. Approve the preview we send you
5. We stitch and ship with tracking

Nothing goes to the machine until you say yes.

Which design type?

• Name or Text — a name, date, initials or short phrase
• Logo or Monogram — business logo, crest or monogram, brand colours matched in thread
• Photo Portrait — a person, couple, pet or car. Our most detailed work; a face can carry 8,000–15,000 stitches

What to send us

• Your photo or design file — bright, sharp, high resolution
• Exact spelling of any names or dates
• Where it should sit — chest, back, sleeve

• Text and logo work is quick; portraits take longer. We'll confirm a realistic date with your preview.
• Gifting for a festival? Order early and tell us your deadline.
