How a custom order works
- Share your idea — send a photo, logo or description of what you want.
- We quote based on the garment, design size and detail level.
- We send a preview for your approval.
- You approve — nothing is stitched before this.
- We embroider and ship, with tracking.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. We make custom pieces from just one.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Yes, as long as we haven't started stitching. Message us as soon as possible — once production begins, changes aren't possible.
How long will it take?
It depends on the design. Simple text and logos are quick; detailed portraits take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your quote — and we won't promise a date we can't meet.
Will it look exactly like my photo?
Embroidery is thread, not print, so it has its own texture and character. Fine detail is simplified and colours are matched from a thread palette. Your preview will show you exactly what to expect before we start.
Can I see it before it's made?
Yes — always. We share a design preview and don't proceed until you're happy.
What if something's wrong when it arrives?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. If the fault is ours — wrong spelling we typed, a stitching defect, the wrong item — we'll put it right. See our Exchange Policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before production starts. Once we've begun stitching a personalised item, it can't be cancelled — see our Cancellation Policy.
Before you confirm
Because personalised items can't be resold, please double-check:
- Spelling of every name and word
- Dates and numbers
- Garment size and colour
- Design placement
