- Size and colour, if you already know

Photo checklist
Great embroidery starts with a great photo. Before you send:
- Good light — natural daylight beats flash every time
- Sharp focus — avoid blur, especially on faces
- Clear subject — the closer and simpler, the better the detail
- High resolution — send the original file, not a screenshot or forwarded copy
- Minimal background clutter — it keeps focus where it belongs
Not sure if your photo will work? Send it anyway — we'll tell you honestly and suggest the best crop.
What happens next
- We review your photo and confirm it will stitch well.
- We share a quote based on the garment, size and detail level.
- We send a design preview for your approval.
- We stitch and ship once you're happy with it.
Nothing is embroidered until you approve the preview.

- Portrait work takes a little longer than text or logos. Order early for festivals and gifting occasions.
