Sending it as a gift
Most of what we make is meant to be given to someone. If your order is a gift, tell us — we'll make sure it arrives looking like one.
How to request gift packaging
Add a note at checkout, or message us right after ordering:

Let us know it's a gift, whether you'd like a handwritten note, and what the note should say.
Gift notes
We'll include a handwritten card with your message at no extra cost. Just send us the wording — keep it to a few lines so it fits the card comfortably.
Hiding the price
Sending directly to the recipient? Tell us and we'll leave the invoice out of the parcel entirely, so the price is never seen.
Sending to a different address
You can ship straight to the recipient — just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout, and yours as the billing address. Mention it in your note so we handle it correctly.
Timing matters
Custom embroidery is made to order, and portrait work takes extra craft time. For festivals and special occasions, place your order well ahead — we'd rather tell you honestly whether a date is achievable than rush and disappoint.
If you have a fixed deadline, mention it up front and we'll confirm before starting.

A note on returns
Personalised items are made specifically for you, so they can't be returned unless there's a fault on our side. Please double-check spellings, names and dates before confirming — see our Exchange Policy for full details.
