Return & Refund Policy
At MagicEmbroi, we want you to love what you receive.
Ready-made items: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping for exchanges is arranged by the customer.
Personalised & custom-embroidered items: Because these are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault on our part (wrong item, stitching defect, or an error we made).
Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.
