Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Personalised and custom embroidery orders may require additional production time. Portrait embroidery, bulk orders and highly detailed designs can take longer because each piece is made individually.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing the order so we can confirm whether your required delivery date is achievable.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days
• Other locations in India: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, destination, weather, festivals, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders. Any applicable offer will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information where available.

You can use the tracking details to follow your package until delivery.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we'll help you check the shipment status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please carefully check your delivery address, phone number and other details before placing your order.

Magic Embroi is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the order is dispatched.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, festivals, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us with your order details. We will coordinate with the courier and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photographs or a short video of the package and product before disposing of the packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue and assist you according to our applicable return or replacement policy.

International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on the destination and product.

If international shipping is available for your order, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and other import-related charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom embroidery and personalised products are made specifically for each customer.

Please carefully check names, spellings, dates, sizes and design details before confirming your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage or an error on our side.

Festival & Special Occasion Orders

If you are ordering for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, festival or other special occasion, we strongly recommend ordering in advance.

If you have a fixed deadline, mention it when placing your order or contact us before ordering. We'll honestly confirm whether the timeline is achievable before starting production.
